Your fans buy in your shop. Give them more on your site.
For creators who sell merch, memberships or downloads in Shopify and publish on WordPress.
One account for your fans
Fans sign in to your WordPress site with the Shopify customer account they bought with. There is no second sign-up, no WordPress password to forget, and one record per fan for you.
Members-only posts and episodes
Sell a supporter membership in your shop, and Flow or a subscription app tags the fan while it is active. Bonus posts, early episodes and behind-the-scenes pages open for that tag. Lock a whole post, or only the part after the first paragraphs, so the rest still reads as a preview.
Downloads that stay yours
Sell sample packs, presets, patterns or e-books in Shopify and deliver them from WordPress as protected files. Each download checks access, so a link passed around is no use to anyone who didn’t buy.
Something for every buyer
A merch order can unlock something too: a thank-you page, a wallpaper pack, or a member badge. The same tags that open content can turn on site features. See Member features.
The limits
- Your Shopify store does the selling. RedeemID takes no payments and tags no one.
- A purchase only opens something once Flow or an app tags the customer for it.
- Every fan who wants access needs a Shopify customer account.
Try it with a development store first.
Install the plugin on a staging site, connect a Shopify development store, and sign in with a test customer account before a real customer does.
