Your store’s customers, signed in on your WordPress site.
For Shopify stores that keep a blog, buying guides, recipes or support pages on WordPress.
One account across store and site
Customers sign in to your WordPress site with the Shopify customer account they use in your store. New customers get no WordPress password, support finds them by one record, and their name and email come from Shopify. Signing in needs nothing gated: it is useful on its own. See Add Shopify customer login to WordPress.
Pages for the people who bought
Manuals, setup videos, care guides and recipes can open only to customers who bought the product. Shopify Flow tags the buyer when the order is paid, and RedeemID opens the owner pages for that tag. Manuals and videos can be protected files, so a shared link is no use to anyone else. See Owners-only content after a purchase.
Trade and wholesale pages
Price lists, spec sheets and ordering guides can open only to the customers you mark as trade in Shopify, and stay out of search. See Wholesale-only pages for trade customers.
Products on your content
RedeemID’s product, collection and cart blocks show your Shopify catalog on WordPress pages, with checkout in Shopify. A buying guide can carry the products it recommends. See Products, collections and the cart.
The limits
- RedeemID never reads orders. A purchase reaches WordPress as a tag that Flow or an app puts on the customer.
- Flow runs on new orders. Earlier buyers need tagging once, by a customer CSV import or by hand.
- The cart and checkout are Shopify’s. WordPress takes no payments.
Try it with a development store first.
